Security
It is strictly forbidden to charge batteries for electric bikes in our rooms or villas, for safety reasons!
All pets must be leashed throughout the area.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our hotel rooms and villas.

Breakfast package
Guests with an early departure are always welcome to ask for a breakfast package. The package includes sandwich, juice, apple, yoghurt with granola and the possibility to add coffee/tea.

Smoking & pets
We welcome pets to Höllviksnäs.
We have a limited number of hotel rooms customized for guests with pets. If you wish to bring your pet you need to inform us when booking, so we can prepare a suitable accommodation for you. Supplement for pet is 150:-.
All pets must be leashed throughout the area.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our hotel rooms and villas. For your and other guests comfort, smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Violations are subject to a 5 000:- fee.

Cleaning
Cleaning is done every other day, starting on day 3 of your stay. Here is what we do:
• empty wastebaskets
• clean free floor surface
• clean bathroom
• change towels
Please note that we do not make the bed, we do not move your things and we do not dispose of anything that is not placed in the wastebasket.
