It is strictly forbidden to charge batteries for electric bikes in our rooms or villas, for safety reasons!
All pets must be leashed throughout the area.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our hotel rooms and villas.
Please, take notice of our emergency plan for your own safety.

Find your way
We recommend that you use public transport when visiting us. It’s environmentally friendly and easy.
From Malmö Central: Take bus 15 towards Skanör.
From Malmö Hyllie: Take bus 300 towards Falsterbo.
Disembark at bus stop Höllviksstrand
Höllviksnäs is situated just across the road (route 100/Falsterbovägen), about 250 meters from the bus stop.

Guests with an early departure are always welcome to ask for a breakfast package. The package includes sandwich, juice, apple, yoghurt with granola and the possibility to add coffee/tea.

Nature experiences
In our vicinity there are no less than 11 nature preserves with unique, fantastic nature – protected, cared for and ready to be experienced. Seize the chance for a breath of fresh air, cycle, hike or exercise along winding paths, boost your energy and enjoy the tranquility. Perfect for a break between meetings, for a shared activity during the conference or a moment for yourself in the greenery.
Rent a bike
If you wish to rent a bike we recommend that you book in advance and pay for your bike rental with hyrenhoj.se. You will find the key to your rental bike in a key box just outside our reception and the bike is found next to it.

There are many nice restaurants and cafes to be discovered close by. Let us give you a few examples:
Smoking & pets
We welcome pets to Höllviksnäs.
We have a limited number of hotel rooms customized for guests with pets. If you wish to bring your pet you need to inform us when booking, so we can prepare a suitable accommodation for you. Supplement for pet is 150:-.
All pets must be leashed throughout the area.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our hotel rooms and villas. For your and other guests comfort, smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Violations are subject to a 5 000:- fee.

Cleaning
We will look after your room every other day, starting on day 3 of your stay. Here is what we do:
• empty wastebaskets and recycle glass, cans, metal and corrugated board placed next to the wastebasket
• clean free floor surface
• clean bathroom
• If you wish to change towels when we look after your room, please place them in the sink.
For longer stays, towels and sheets will be changed by separate agreement.
Please note that we do not make the bed, we do not move your things, we do not dispose of anything that is not placed in the wastebasket and only recycle items according to the instructions.
Help us preserve nature!
On check out – please, only dispose of waste in the wastebasket. Place glass, cans, metal and corrugated board next to the wastebasket or on top of the desk to be recycled by us. If you prefer to dispose of the waste yourself, we kindly ask you to recycle responsibly. Please, use our recycling station next to the laundry (Tvättstuga/miljöstation). View map of the area.
