Rooms and settings

We have several settings that can be used for different parts of the party, from mingling and wedding dinner to bar, dancing and late conversations.

Table setting

Linen tablecloths, linen napkins, tealights, ivy and vases for your flowers.

Practical details

Gift table and easel for the seating plan are available on site.

Audio and visual

Sound system with the option to connect a Spotify playlist, microphone and small TV on a wheeled stand with HDMI cable.

Open bar with house wines, beer and cocktail menu

Order terms

Menu and service times must be confirmed no later than 30 days before the event.

The guaranteed number of guests must be communicated no later than 30 days before the event. This number forms the basis for invoicing. After that, only additions can be made up to 7 days before the event.

All special dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated 7 working days before the event. Diets are not counted as special dietary requirements.

Food, drinks package and coffee are charged according to the ordered number. Unless otherwise stated, other drinks are charged according to consumption.

Package price, menus and drinks are charged according to the ordered number. Special dietary requirements added on site are charged extra.

Payment terms

When booking your event, an advance invoice of 15,000 SEK is sent. The advance payment is deducted from the final invoice.

The event is invoiced afterwards with payment terms of 10 days. Additional orders are invoiced afterwards with payment terms of 10 days.

In case of late payment, late payment interest of 20 % is charged from the due date.

VAT is included in all prices in the quote and confirmation. Höllviksnäs reserves the right to adjust for possible price changes.

Cancellation terms

For cancellation 30-1 days before the event, 100 % of the total value is charged.

For cancellation 90-30 days before the event, the advance payment is not refunded.

Cancellation must be made in writing to info@hollviksnas.nu.

General terms

In case of force majeure, such as strike, lockout, fire, limitations in deliveries, natural disasters or epidemics beyond Höllviksnäs’ control, Höllviksnäs has the right to terminate the agreement without liability towards the booker/customer for compensation.
